Improving one's sleep is largely controllable by developing some basic habits. 

  1. Have a consistent bed time and wake time. 
  2. Get outside for at least an hour everyday 
  3. Don't eat or drink a couple hours before bed time. 
  4. No screens in bed. Read a book.
